Job summary

NoteMachine, part of the Brink's Group, is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Glasgow. You will maintain and repair nationwide ATM networks, ensuring maximum uptime and excellent customer service while working in the field.

You will be responsible for fault-finding, repairs, and preventative maintenance, with a focus on delivering reliable cash access and a first-class customer experience across the Midlands and surrounding regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service engineering with electro-mechanical equipment.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused approach and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Carry out second-line break-fix repairs and preventative maintenance on ATM estate (Triton, NCR, Wincor).
• Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues safely and efficiently.
• Deliver high levels of customer service on every site visit.
• Coordinate with customers to minimise downtime and maintain service performance.
• Record repairs, parts usage and service activity accurately.
• Perform quality checks to meet company standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Comply with health, safety and security procedures.
