Job summary

NCR Atleos in Leicester is seeking a motivated ATM Field Engineer to diagnose faults, repair or replace ATM modules on-site, and maintain equipment within an assigned territory. You will own customer issues and ensure SLA adherence while working across a wide travel area.

Full training is provided; a UK driving license is essential. Expect a 42.5-hour week across 5 days with possible weekend work on a rota.

Qualifications

• Valid Full UK manual driving license.
• Strong local geographical knowledge.
• Experience in break/fix, IT, computer/mechanical repair.
• Basic computer hardware and software knowledge.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Experience in general PC hardware and software maintenance.
• High level of mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• PIA licences desirable, provided if needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and repair or replace ATM modules on-site.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment within territory.
• Take ownership of customer issues and meet SLA requirements.
• Travel as needed; handle lifting and bending tasks safely.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies; operate with professional conduct.
