Job summary

NCR Atleos in the United Kingdom is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to support ATM cash removal at high-security sites and to deliver parts to engineers on-site. You will follow security protocols and assist on service visits, with full training provided.

The role requires a valid SIA license or willingness to train, a UK driving licence, and comfortable travel. Strong fault-finding and electronics competence are desirable as you handle maintenance requests and stock control.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid SIA license or is available to attend training.
• Have strong local knowledge of the UK area.
• Full UK driving license required; comfortable driving a large van.

Responsibilities

• Attend high security sites to assist with ATM cash removal and security procedures.
• Carry and deliver parts to engineers on-site and assist as needed.
• Manage stock: return used parts, order replacements, maintain inventory.
• Handle low-level maintenance requests (P1, P4) independently.
• Travel longer distances occasionally to collect larger parts.
• Comply with NCR Atleos security policies and MST duress policy.
• Full training and equipment provided.
