Job summary

NoteMachine, part of Brink's Group, is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Leicester to maintain and repair the nationwide ATM network. You will work in the field, diagnose faults, and deliver first-class service. The role includes a starting salary of £39,353, onboarding bonus up to £1,000, a performance bonus, company van, tools, training, pension, and healthcare. Applicants should have electro-mechanical fault-finding skills and a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Electro-mechanical field service experience.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Full UK driving licence with limited penalty points.
• Willingness to travel within your region and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Carry out second-line break-fix repairs and preventative maintenance across our ATM estate, including Triton, NCR and Wincor machines.
• Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues efficiently and safely.
• Deliver high levels of customer service during every site visit.
• Work closely with customers to minimise downtime and maintain service performance.
• Accurately record repairs, parts usage, and service activity.
• Complete quality checks to ensure repairs meet company standards.
• Participate in ongoing technical and professional development training.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety standards, and security protocols.
