  • Coordinate with the Coordinator and Operations Executive.
  • Plan, develop, and execute regional athlete and creator activations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to activate the talent network.
  • Track and report on talent performance using KPIs.

OVERVIEW

The Athlete Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing talent across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and supporting the Athlete Marketing Senior Executive in the planning and execution of the regional Partnerships strategy.

This role involves scouting, onboarding, and activating regional creators and athletes, ensuring their participation in product launches and brand campaigns through disruptive, culturally relevant marketing plans and briefs. The Athlete Marketing Executive will act as a key point of contact for creators, managing relationships to ensure a seamless and premium experience between the brand and its talent.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage creators and athletes across the DACH region, including day-to-day communications, monthly payments, product seeding, briefing, and execution of activations
  • Execute the regional Athlete Marketing strategy set by the Senior Global Athlete Marketing Manager, in alignment with the direction of the Regional Athlete Marketing Manager
  • Lead and deliver projects assigned by the Athlete Marketing Manager, ensuring flawless execution, progress tracking, and performance reporting
  • Support the launch of brand campaigns and NPD (New Product Development) drops, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strong planning and execution
  • Coordinate with the Coordinator and Operations Executive to ensure all operational steps are delivered on time and to the highest standard
  • Plan, develop, and execute regional athlete and creator activations aligned with brand objectives and local market relevance
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Social, PR, Digital, E-commerce) to strategically activate the talent network and grow brand presence across the DACH market
  • Track and report on talent performance using KPIs defined by the line manager
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experienced in influencer, creator, or social media marketing
  • Strong understanding of the DACH cultural, social, and creator landscape
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform under pressure, both as a collaborative team member and as an independent contributor
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent German (native or professional level) and excellent English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong interest in sports, fitness, and health culture
  • Passion for social media, pop culture, and emerging digital trends
  • Experience working with athletes, performance creators, or sports-focused talent
  • You must be able to attend GSIQ (Solihull) 3 days per week to be successful in this role.
