Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of ship control systems operations.
• Experience managing submarine control rooms.
• Background in the Royal Navy submarine service.
• Previous training delivery experience (desirable).
• Recent Astute-class submarine experience (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Deliver Astute-class ship control training in a specialised facility.
• Review technical data and change notifications.
• Ensure training meets prescribed standards, quality, and cost targets.
• Support students with varying levels of experience.
• Liaise with training design teams to provide subject matter expertise.
