You'll assess trainee progress through written and practical evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and help guide their development through coaching, mentoring, and targeted interventions. Day-to-day you'll be:

• Delivering Astute-class ship control training in a specialised facility
• Reviewing and evaluating technical data and change notifications

The role is based onsite at HMNB Clyde. We welcome applications from candidates seeking either full time or part time hours.

Experience required of the Ship Control Officer of the Watch:

Qualifications for the Ship Control Officer of the Watch

• Warrant Officer or Senior Rating within the Royal Navy
• DTC / DTTT qualification (advantageous)
