Job summary

Anima Group is seeking an Assurance professional to lead customer assurance for NHS engagements. You will own DPIA support, security questionnaires, and coordination with our Data Protection Officer, turning complex data governance needs into practical actions.

You will become fluent in how our products operate, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and ensure documentation is accurate and actionable for customers and partners. This hands-on role offers substantial ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• Regulatory or compliance experience in healthcare or other regulated sectors.
• Ability to quickly learn NHS assurance landscape and applicable data frameworks.
• Curiosity about how products and data flows work and how governance is implemented.
• Strong practical judgement to translate requirements into action.
• Comfort communicating complex topics clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Own NHS customer assurance from first inquiry to resolution.
• Explain product functionality and governance requirements to customers and teams.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date assurance documentation and evidence.
• Build self-serve knowledge and onboarding materials for assurance.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to address assurance needs before launches.
• Represent Anima in customer discussions and at industry events.
• Coordinate incident follow-ups and capture lessons to improve processes.
