The Team

You'll collect and analyse quality-related data from audits and feedback, prepare reports and dashboards for management, and identify trends to inform improvement actions. You'll support the implementation and follow-up of quality improvement initiatives, maintain up-to-date documentation, and work closely with airport teams, ground handlers, and internal departments to achieve safety and assurance objectives.

You'll contribute to training and awareness efforts, provide timely feedback to partners, and promote easyJet's safety and quality standards.
