Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren is seeking an Associate Surveyor to lead a land and property team, delivering high‑level services for major utilities and infrastructure projects in the UK. You will drive client relationships, manage project finances, and ensure the team meets milestones and quality standards.

In this role you will set team objectives, monitor performance, participate in CPD and maintain compliance with policies while contributing to business growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in the application and construction elements of major projects.
• Ability to manage client relationships and financial performance.
• Strong commercial awareness to drive business growth.
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate teams and report progress.
• Active engagement in CPD and regulatory/compliance standards.
