Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join our team in Leeds, delivering land and property advice for utility and infrastructure projects across the UK. You will lead project tasks, manage client relationships, and own deliverables to meet deadlines.

The successful candidate will hold MRICS or AssocRICS, possess a full UK driving licence, and enjoy working in a collaborative team. We offer a strong development culture and flexible benefits tailored to a busy work programme.

Qualifications

MRICS or AssocRICS qualification.
Full UK driving licence.
Experience leading teams or projects.

Responsibilities

Deliver land and property advice and services to and on behalf of clients.
Deliver a range of tasks and/or schemes to a high standard with initiative and ownership.
Develop relationships with client personnel, internal and external stakeholders including contractors and landowners.
Support development of junior staff and, if applicable, line management of own reports.
Share experience to develop others and maintain CPD.
Participate in company groups and uphold DM’s values.
