Dalcour Maclaren is seeking an ambitious Senior Surveyor to join our Leeds team, delivering land and property advice for utility and infrastructure projects across the UK. You will lead tasks, manage client deadlines, and own project quality.

The successful candidate will hold MRICS or AssocRICS, have a full UK driving licence, and demonstrate strong leadership and teamwork with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• MRICS or AssocRICS qualification is essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience leading a team or project is essential.
• Strong teamwork and a can-do attitude are important.

Responsibilities

• Deliver land and property advice and services to clients.
• Manage a range of tasks and schemes to high standards.
• Develop junior staff and provide constructive feedback.
• Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
• Participate in company groups and DM initiatives.
