Lloyds Banking Group in London is seeking an Associate in Structuring within Transaction Banking Solutions to support the structuring and execution of transactions across the trade and payments product suite. You will work closely with senior colleagues to deliver client outcomes.
You will assist with credit discussions, prepare product papers, and engage credit teams to progress facilities, while maintaining compliance and seeking cross-sell opportunities across internal and external partners.

Join the Transactional Structuring team within Transaction Banking Solutions (TBS). This team partners closely with TBS Corporate and Institutional Sales and the Specialist Client Solutions team, supporting the structuring and execution of transactions (including credit submissions) across the full transaction banking product suite-including Core Trade, Traditional Trade, Commodity Trade Finance, ECA, Commercial Cards, Asset and Invoice Finance, Merchant Services, and other core Transaction Banking products.
Assisting senior colleagues in managing a portfolio of existing clients and supporting the delivery of P&L targets.
Supporting the structuring and execution of transactions, including client engagement, credit discussions, legal negotiations, and completion.
Creation of Product Papers (credit memos) and engagement with the credit teams to support the approval of new and/or renewal of facilities.
Helping with the execution of Transaction Banking Solutions products across trade and payments.
Building relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including professional advisors.
Identifying cross-sell opportunities and connecting clients with relevant TBS product specialists.
Ensuring compliance with group policy and regulatory requirements and helping to identify and mitigate commercial risks.

Some experience or exposure to trade and capital products is beneficial, more importantly is a willingness to learn about structuring across receivables financing, supply chain finance, inventory finance, traditional trade, structured trade, asset finance, ECA, and Invoice Finance.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
Ability to undertake data analysis and financial modelling, and to interpret financial and non-financial information to identify key issues and put in place appropriate actions, controls and measures.
An effective communicator with ability to communicate sophisticated topics and influence across peer groups or seniors respectively.
