Sweco UK Ltd in London is seeking an Associate Structural Engineer to join our London Structures team and lead project delivery across a varied portfolio. You will build strong client relationships, mentor less experienced engineers and provide high‑quality structural solutions.

You will be a Chartered Structural Engineer with excellent design communication and knowledge of UK codes. The role offers hybrid working and opportunities to shape projects and grow with the team.

Formación

• Qualified Structural Engineer and Chartered Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers/ICE.
• Experience in a comparable role with a strong focus on technical leadership and clear design communication.
• Excellent engineering and design skills with confidence using digital design and analysis tools.

Responsabilidades

• Take a leading role in project delivery and develop strong client relationships.
• Support the growth of less experienced engineers and mentor the team.
• Provide practical, high‑quality, sustainable structural engineering advice.
