Job summary

Sweco UK Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Structures team, based in central London near Liverpool Street. You will manage project delivery, lead design development, perform complex structural calculations and coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Structural Engineering (Masters preferred), Chartered Engineer or close, and proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, Tekla, Robot, Revit and IDEA Statica; we

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil and Structural Engineering (Masters preferred). Chartered Engineer or near Chartered status.
• Proven project delivery experience and ability to lead design development and client liaison.
• Proficient in structural analysis software ETABS, SAFE, Tekla, Robot, Revit and IDEA Statica.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery – manage project portals and data environments, prepare reports and drawings for planning and construction.
• Design – lead design development, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure technical excellence.
• Calculations – perform detailed structural calculations by hand and using software in line with codes.
