A well-regarded boutique law firm based in Cardiff has a new role for an Employment Solicitor to join their expanding Employment Department. The firm has a strong portfolio of individual and business clients across the UK and attracts solicitors seeking better work-life balance.

This role offers variety, rapid learning opportunities, and support from Partners and Senior Associates, working on a broad range of clients.

As an Employment Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling non-contentious and contentious employment matters supporting employer clients
• Providing general advisory work, corporate support, employment disputes, and client training
• Working across sectors including household names, small and large employers, government bodies, and the NHS
• Drafting policies, procedures, agreements, and contracts
• Engaging in business development and marketing initiatives within the department

Ideal candidates will have:

• A desire to learn and a commercial outlook
• Training at a recognized law firm
• An interest in networking, business development, and expanding personal contacts
• Completed seat in Employment Law
• Aiming to progress rapidly within a successful regional office
