Employment Law Solicitor/Associate role

Location: Taunton / Bristol / Exeter – entirely flexible working (perhaps 1 day a week in the office)

We are excited to be working on this new Employment Law vacancy for a large regional firm with an excellent reputation in Employment Law, handling both non-contentious and contentious work. The role involves acting mainly for respondents, with some executive-level claimant work, offering excellent variety and development opportunities.

This position can be at Solicitor or Associate level, requiring at least 2-3 years of quality Employment Law PQE.

The team offers significant flexibility regarding office attendance and remote work, with some team members coming to the office only once a week.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment lawyer in the SW seeking progression within a larger, high-profile firm. You will work closely with a lead Partner and a Senior Associate, receiving ample support and supervision.
