Family Senior Solicitor / Associate 8+PQE

Location: Gloucester (and travel to the Stroud office)

Type: Permanent, Full Time

Wiseman Consulting Limited is supporting a boutique regional firm with multiple offices in the Cotswolds. They focus on personal and commercial law, serving clients across the UK and overseas. The firm has been operating for over 250 years and is award-winning, with deep expertise in private client law. They seek a solicitor with at least 8+ PQE to join their team.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a busy caseload, primarily in family law, including divorce and finance matters. Responsibilities include meeting clients, attending court hearings, and advocacy. Resolution membership or similar is desirable. The candidate should demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and organizational skills, with excellent communication and commercial awareness.

Additional Responsibilities

• Developing and contributing to the department and firm’s marketing activities.
• Supporting the Head of Department and mentoring junior staff.
