Job summary

Spirehouse Recruitment is partnering with a Birmingham law firm to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor for a busy real estate team. The role involves supporting senior fee earners on non-contentious matters and delivering a client-focused service across acquisitions, leasing, lending and development.

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' PQE, a commercial mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' PQE experience.
• Technically competent associate who shows initiative and drive.
• Commercial approach to client service and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Handle acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Assist on portfolio management and secured lending matters.
• Provide corporate support and structure commercial development/investment work.
• Manage landlord and tenant matters for a range of clients.

The Opportunity

The Role
