Job summary

Oculus Legal Group in the West Midlands is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ to 2 PQE) to join a Legal 500-recognised team. The role offers hybrid working and free onsite parking, with a salary up to £45,000.

You will handle freehold sales, development work, property funding, landlord and tenant matters, and other property transactions while developing client relationships in a supportive firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified Lawyer, either Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer.
• NQ - 2 years' broad Commercial Property experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and a practical approach to client matters.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
