Law Staff Ltd is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join a full-service firm with 12 offices nationwide. The role allows hybrid working and can be based at Birmingham or Midlands offices.

You will handle commercial property matters such as acquisitions, disposals, asset management and landlord/tenant work while delivering outstanding client service with IT literacy and initiative under supervision.

Job description

A Commercial Property Solicitor with over 5 years PQE is required for this full-service law firm with 12 offices nationwide. Agile work is available.

This role can be based at any of the Birmingham or Midlands offices and offers hybrid working

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a focus on providing outstanding service to their clients, will be confident with IT, and will be capable of working under their own initiative (albeit, naturally, with appropriate supervision).

Our client requires someone with over 5 years PQE as a Solicitor specialising in Commercial Property. You will have full secretarial or paralegal support.
