Job summary

Spirehouse Recruitment is working with a leading Birmingham-based law firm to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE for their busy real estate department.

You will work closely with senior fee earners on a range of non-contentious matters including acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, development, and landlord and tenant work, with hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and parking provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is 3 years' PQE experience.
• Technically competent associate with initiative, drive and excellent organisation.
• Commercial approach to client service and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support senior fee earners on a range of commercial property matters for diverse clients.
• Handle non-contentious property transactions including acquisitions and disposals.
• Assist with secured lending, corporate support, development and investment work.
• Advise on landlord and tenant matters and related property issues.

The Opportunity

Spirehouse is working with an established Birmingham law firm to recruit a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor for their friendly team.

The Role

This position will work closely with the senior fee earners on a variety of matters for a wide range of clients.

The team focuses on all aspects of non-contentious commercial property transactions, to include:

Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties

Secured lending

Corporate support

Commercial development and investment

Landlord and tenant matters
