An established and growing legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its successful Commercial Property team. This role would suit a commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 6 years' PQE who enjoys developing client relationships, supervising and mentoring others, and helping to drive the continued growth of a well-established department.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including:

• Buying and selling commercial property
• Commercial leases and licences
• Property finance transactions
• Development work
• Options agreements
• Pre-emption agreements
• Overage agreements
• Landlord and tenant matters

The role will also involve building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new clients and professional contacts.

About You

The firm is looking for a solicitor who:

• Has a minimum of 6 years' PQE in Commercial Property

• Is confident managing their own caseload independently
