Associate/Senior Surveyor - working on Renewable Energy projects

Salary and seniority dependent on candidate experience: £45,000 - 65,000

Office location - Oxfordshire ideally, other options and hybrid working patterns are available.

One of the UK's most reputable property consultancies is experiencing significant growth in their Renewable Energy division. This company has been a leading name in this space for over 100 years and was the first of its kind to diversify its departments to become a multi-disciplinary consultancy.

Originally a rural property firm, they have undergone substantial growth to become industry leaders. Their Energy and Renewables team has been performing strongly recently, making them one of the top players in this sector. They are looking to add multiple team members at both senior and associate surveyor levels.

This opportunity offers a wide variety of responsibilities, ensuring you will not be siloed within the company. Examples include:

• Variation in Technology: Covering a broad range of renewable energy technologies such as Onshore Wind, Solar, Battery Storage, Hydrogen, and more.
• Variation in Client: Working on behalf of landowners, leading developer relationships, or a mix of both — the choice is yours.
• Variation in Work: Land Acquisition, Landowner Relationship Management, Project Appraisals and Valuations, Land Consenting Matters, etc.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in energy, utilities, or rural sectors who wants to join a market leader and contribute to the Net-Zero transition. If you have existing clients and landowner relationships, that would be an added advantage.
