Search Recruitment Group in Edinburgh is seeking an ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team. You will build client relationships, source and interview candidates, and manage the recruitment process from vacancy to placement.

With at least 12 months of workplace experience in a target-driven environment such as sales, retail or customer service, you’ll be eager to learn and grow. We offer training, coaching and uncapped commission to reward your success.

Search Recruitment Group is growing in Edinburgh, and we're looking for an ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team.

Established in 1987, Search has almost 40 years of expertise and has grown into one of the UK's leading recruitment agencies, with offices across the UK and in New York. We recruit across a wide range of specialist markets and have built long-standing relationships with businesses across the country.

We're looking for individuals who already have at least 12 months' professional work experience and are ready to turn that experience into a fast-paced, commercially focused career.

You might work in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or another target-driven environment. You don't need previous recruitment experience - we'll give you the training, coaching and support to develop into a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Building strong relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities.
• Speaking with prospective clients to understand their hiring challenges, processes and needs.
• Sourcing, interviewing and representing high-quality candidates within your specialist market.
• Managing the recruitment process from initial vacancy through to offer and placement.

• Working towards individual targets and taking ownership of your success.
