Search Consultancy LTD in Leeds is looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Commercial Division and oversee a busy desk. You will recruit commercial sales and administration professionals across Yorkshire from an established client base, with autonomy to grow through proactive business development.

This role enables you to start billing from day one, leveraging a desk with live vacancies.

Experienced Recruitment Consultant - Commercial Division

Following an exceptional year so far, Search is continuing to invest in the growth of our Commercial division. We're looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Leeds City Centre office, recruiting commercial sales and administration professionals across Yorkshire. With an established client base already generating live vacancies, you'll have the opportunity to start earning from day one, while building your own portfolio through proactive business development.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take over a desk with existing active clients, giving you the chance to start billing from day one, while also having the autonomy to grow your own market through business development. The Role

As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage and grow a specialist desk, partnering with businesses across Yorkshire to recruit high-calibre commercial sales and administration professionals.

You'll:
