Job summary

Rutherford Briant Recruitment is looking for an Associate Recruitment Consultant in the United Kingdom. You will support Consultants, generate candidates, map markets and contribute to recruitment delivery while developing skills to progress into a consultant role.

Role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, CRM maintenance and campaign support within a supportive and ambitious team.

• Maintain CRM records and data accuracy
