Job summary

Rutherford Briant Recruitment invites an enthusiastic Recruitment Apprentice to support Consultants and the wider business. You will generate candidates, map the market, and contribute to recruitment delivery while developing skills to progress into a consultant role.

You will gain hands-on experience across candidate generation, market mapping, and campaign support, with a clear path to more advanced recruitment responsibilities within a friendly, ambitious team.
