Job summary

Rutherford Briant Recruitment invites an enthusiastic Recruitment Apprentice to support Consultants and the wider business. You will generate candidates, map the market, and contribute to recruitment delivery while developing skills to progress into a consultant role.

You will gain hands-on experience across candidate generation, market mapping, and campaign support, with a clear path to more advanced recruitment responsibilities within a friendly, ambitious team.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates through a variety of channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls.
• Build and maintain strong candidate talent pools.
• Arrange interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Prepare candidate profiles and supporting documentation.
• Support consultants with recruitment campaigns.
• Carry out market mapping to identify prospective candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Take part in training and development programmes to build knowledge.
