Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent.
• Strong track record delivering rail safety assurance and systems risk programmes.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks in UK/Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex rail safety and assurance programmes.
• Develop safety cases and assurance strategies; manage hazard processes.
• Provide technical oversight on projects with regulatory and technical complexity.
• Coordinate with independent assessors and regulatory stakeholders.
• Advise clients on safety strategy and programme risk.
