Brandon James is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor in Cardiff to join a multidisciplinary construction consultancy. You will deliver cost consultancy across a varied project portfolio, develop client relationships and support growth across South Wales.

MRICS chartership is highly desirable, with a degree in Quantity Surveying and strong UK market knowledge. You will lead from feasibility to final account, mentor junior staff, and help identify new business opportunities while working in a

Qualifications

• MRICS chartership is highly desirable.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant construction discipline.
• Strong experience within a UK construction consultancy.
• Established knowledge of the local market, key clients and business opportunities.
• Excellent client-facing, networking and relationship management skills.
• Ambition to contribute towards business development and team growth.

Responsibilities

• Leading projects from feasibility through to final account.
• Managing and developing relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identifying new business opportunities across Cardiff and South Wales.
• Providing cost planning, procurement and contract administration services.
• Mentoring junior Quantity Surveyors and supporting team development.
