The role combines pre- and post-contract cost management on a varied, technically demanding portfolio with strong MEP-led workload. MRICS qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• MRICS qualification or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Strong UK PQS / construction consultancy experience.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships.
• Experience with pre- and post-contract cost management.

Aufgaben

• Lead commissions, manage client relationships and mentor junior team members.
• Provide cost planning, procurement and commercial management across projects.
