Aldwych Consulting in Oxford is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of projects across a varied portfolio. You will provide pre- and post-contract QS services while mentoring junior staff and contributing to the growth of the Oxford office.

You'll join a people-first consultancy with a defined pathway to Partner as the firm expands. The role offers hybrid working, an engaging culture, and opportunities to shape a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a construction consultancy environment.
• Strong pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying experience.
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage projects while mentoring others.
• MRICS qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Deliver QS services from inception to completion.
• Manage financial and contractual aspects of projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and support junior Quantity Surveyors.
• Help develop and grow the Oxford team and office.
