Job summary

Atos is seeking an Associate Project Planner to support development, maintenance and monitoring of project schedules using MS Project. You’ll work with experienced planners, clients, design partners and suppliers to keep planning information accurate and up to date.

This role is UK-based with remote work options and national mobility. You’ll gain experience across full project lifecycles, developing your planning expertise in a collaborative, high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in project planning, scheduling, or project delivery.
• Solid understanding of MS Project and scheduling principles.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret project data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, maintenance, and optimisation of detailed project schedules using MS Project.
• Assist with integrating contractor and supplier schedules into the overall project programme.
• Monitor progress, milestones, dependencies, and schedule variances, escalating potential issues to senior planning colleagues.
• Support weekly and monthly reporting, including progress updates, milestone performance, critical path information, and schedule risks.
• Work with project teams and stakeholders to maintain accurate planning information and support effective baseline and change control.
