Job summary

Hoare Lea is seeking an Associate Mechanical Engineer to join our Plymouth or Exeter offices. You will lead large-scale, complex mechanical building services projects and work with a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team across the Southwest.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex building services projects.
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment with internal/external clients.
• Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
• Familiarity with British Standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of initial strategic concepts for projects.
• Deliver solid technical solutions in a team or solo capacity.
• Manage stakeholders' expectations and monitor project metrics.
• Mentor junior staff and disseminate knowledge across the firm.
• Maintain client-facing communications and ensure timely project delivery.
