Associate - Landlord & Tenant - Bristol - NQ+

Location: Bristol (Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office)

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (Part-time considered)

Salary: £45,000-£55,000 (dependent on experience)

A growing and forward thinking legal services provider is seeking an Associate to join its established Landlord & Tenant team, part of a wider Volume Litigation department. This role offers the chance to manage your own caseload, develop specialist expertise, and work within a supportive, high performing environment without the traditional constraints of a private practice model.

Landlord & Tenant Caseload

You will handle a varied and busy caseload of Landlord & Tenant disputes, managing matters from initial instruction through to resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing your own caseload end to end
  • Negotiating claims to successful and cost effective outcomes
  • Delivering excellent client service and maintaining high professional standards
  • Identifying and reporting risks relating to claims and the business
  • Meeting SLA, KPI, financial, and performance targets
  • Sharing knowledge and best practice with colleagues
  • Supporting a culture of efficient and effective case handling

You’ll join a fast paced team with a strong pipeline of work and access to exceptional training, support, and development opportunities.

Candidate Profile
