- Direct complex geotechnical analysis for foundations, retaining structures and slopes.
- Manage programme, budget, resources and risk.
- Develop client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services.
- Lead bids and proposals with technical approaches and fee submissions.
- Mentor engineers and geologists; support professional development.
