Job summary

Baker Hughes Company seeks an Associate Fellow to lead Subsea Wellheads and Well Systems across projects and product development. You will champion best practices, provide technical leadership for subsea trees and interfaces, and guide risk management and governance across the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with engineering, QA, and customers. Working in a global environment, you will influence senior stakeholders, drive standardization, and contribute to training

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Subsea Engineering or related discipline.
Demonstrated Chief Engineer / Technical Authority experience in Subsea Xmas Trees, subsea completions and wellheads.
Ability to influence at senior levels and communicate to leadership and customers.

Responsibilities

Define, govern, and advance global best practice for Subsea Wellheads, Completions and Well Systems.
Provide technical leadership for well systems architecture and interfaces across life cycle.
Act as technical risk manager, ensuring mitigations and closure of conflicts.
Lead or sponsor quality, safety, and technical improvement initiatives.
