You will advise high-profile clients, draft contracts and policies, manage tribunal claims, and support complex transactional matters while developing sector knowledge within a friendly, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 1–5 years' PQE in employment law.
• Experience handling employment tribunal claims.
• Based in Birmingham or willing to relocate.
• Strong client advisory and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise high-profile clients on strategic employment matters.
• Draft employment contracts, policies, and disciplinary procedures.
• Manage employment tribunal claims from instruction to resolution.
• Support complex transactional employment matters.
• Handle data subject access requests.
• Develop sector knowledge and contribute to firm thought leadership.
• Maintain Lexcel-compliant file management.
• Participate in training programs.
