Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Associate Director Civil Water Engineer to lead the design and delivery of pivotal water infrastructure across the UK. You will shape technical solutions, drive client relationships, and guide multidisciplinary teams from feasibility through to delivery.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Chartered status with ICE or equivalent OR extensive industry experience.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering water infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee design and delivery of civil engineering solutions across portfolio from feasibility to construction.
Build relationships with clients, stakeholders and project partners.
Provide guidance and mentoring to developing engineers and support team growth.
Support project planning, resource management, and risk management.
Contribute to business development and framework growth.
