Job summary

Collins Aerospace at Winnersh near Reading seeks an experienced Associate Director, Systems Engineering to lead a high-performing team across complex aerospace programmes. The role is onsite at Winnersh and requires strategic direction, technical leadership and effective stakeholder management.

You will drive MBSE and digital engineering practices, oversee requirements, architecture, integration, verification and validation, and contribute to bids and technology roadmaps while mentoring

Qualifications

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical or related STEM field.
• Significant experience in systems engineering within aerospace/defence or regulated industries.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and complex programmes.
• Strong knowledge of architecture, requirements management, integration, verification and validation.
