Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Senior Systems Engineering Consultant to support UK and overseas clients in defence and aerospace across the system lifecycle. You will lead on digital transformation projects, promote MBSE capabilities, and drive capability development within Capgemini and client teams.

You will work in a hybrid model with some travel to client sites, collaborating with top experts and shaping large-scale digital engineering initiatives.

Qualifications

• Engineering or science degree required.
• Experience with industry-standard SE frameworks and tools.
• Experience in MBSE modelling.
• Understanding of full SE lifecycle from concept to retirement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop transformation initiatives for complex organisations involving people, processes and tools.
• Elicit and manage clients' SE capability needs and define requirements.
• Explain SE/MBSE principles to a broad range of stakeholders.
• Promote SE capabilities within organisations at various maturity levels.
• Provide technical leadership and adoption guidance for SE.
