Job Title: Quantitative Associate Director (Research) - £50-65k - London / Hybrid (3 days in the office)

We are looking for an Associate Director to join a growing, ambitious, and dynamic team based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver bespoke research projects across multiple sectors, working with leading global brands and clients within Consumer & B2B Research teams.

You will be part of a vibrant, friendly environment where you'll be able to make an immediate impact. The role offers the opportunity to work with a wide variety of methodologies and techniques, including brand tracking, segmentation, conjoint analysis, and integrated studies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and that the highest quality research is delivered.
2. Methodology Expertise: Use a wide range of research methodologies and techniques daily, ensuring your work is of the highest standard.
3. High-Quality Outputs: Analyse complex data and produce clear, well-designed reports and insights that inform clients' strategic decisions.
4. Project Management: Oversee multiple research projects, ensuring accurate timelines and financials while delivering high-quality results.
5. Team Leadership: Develop and mentor junior team members, supporting their growth and career development.
6. Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy throughout the research process, from data collection to report delivery.
