Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Glasgow seeks an Associate Director for Real Estate Cost Management. You will provide leadership to the team, set strategy, and drive delivery across various clients including developers, occupiers, government, health, education, and tech sectors.

You will mentor talent, foster a One Business culture, and create a strong pipeline of opportunities while upholding the highest standards of integrity and safety.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership of a cost management/quantity surveyor team across the full lifecycle.
• Professionally qualified (RICS or equivalent).
• Degree or HNC level qualification required.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.

• Set clear team strategy and ambition and lead inclusively to leverage diverse perspectives.
