Turner & Townsend in Edinburgh is seeking an ambitious Associate Director to lead our Real Estate Cost Management team. You will deliver leadership, set strategy, and drive performance across Developer, Occupier, Government, Health, Education and Tech clients.

You will coach talent, build a pipeline of opportunity, and uphold Turner & Townsend values while ensuring delivery with technical excellence and integrity.

Qualifications

• Track record delivering cost management/quantity surveying across full lifecycle.
• Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
• Degree or HNC level qualification.
• Ability to manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.

We are looking for an ambitious Associate Director for our Real Estate Cost Management team in Edinburgh, working across Developer, Occupier, Government, Health, Education and Tech clients. You will be self-motivated and driven by the goal of establishing Turner & Townsend as the number-one cost consultancy. In this key position you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team, embedding and promoting the values of Turner & Townsend.
