Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Cost Manager for the Real Estate Cost Management team in the Northeast. You will provide leadership and direction, embedding our values and driving delivery across Developer, Occupier, Government, Health, Education and Tech clients.

You will coach talent, set team strategy, and maintain a focus on integrity, safety and well-being while delivering high-quality cost management services throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• A proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
• Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
• Degree or HNC level qualification.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects.
