• Track record delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
• RICS or equivalent professional qualification.
• Degree or HNC level qualification.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Provide leadership and direction to the Real Estate Cost Management team.
• Set strategy and ambition for the team and promote Turner & Townsend values.
