At this level, you should be an experienced qualitative researcher, but what’s most important is having a strong cultural awareness.

You will need to demonstrate knowledge of emerging generations of consumers, including their values and what they are receptive to hearing.

This role offers the challenge of breaking through the media and content overload to communicate advertising and strategic ideas effectively and help clients make a difference.

You should have an interest in modern culture in its various forms, as you will be distilling diverse information, and your creativity and worldview will influence your output.
