The Role

The company is seeking to add a highly talented Qualitative Researcher to the team at the Associate Director/Director level. The focus will be on the consumer side of the business, working with some of the biggest names in the consumer/FMCG space.

You will play a leading role in project delivery and client account development, inspiring and guiding the team to deliver outstanding work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading projects with overall responsibility for final deliverables
  • Involvement at all project stages, from brief interrogation to final debrief and workshops
  • Building effective and efficient project teams
  • Managing and developing existing accounts
  • Leading proposal writing
  • Developing team members and mentoring junior staff
  • Contributing to wider business initiatives outside of project/client responsibilities

The Person

Ideal candidates will have extensive qualitative experience, a passion for the consumer industry, and an interest in the challenges faced by FMCG brands. We seek strategic thinkers who are excellent communicators and storytellers, eager to join a strategic agency known for valuing employees and supporting career development.
