They seek a talented Associate Director with a strong qualitative background to play an instrumental role in the agency. This role is broad and varied. You will take the lead on the qualitative side of the business, working on and leading projects, managing a small team, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients. You will be involved in all aspects of the work, able to make a genuine impact, and your voice will be heard.

This is a small, agile team working across various methodologies (qual, quant, traditional, innovative) to understand dynamic audiences. You will have plenty of opportunities to explore methodological innovations to see whether they stand up to their established counterparts in delivering valuable insights. While we are looking for a qualitative expert, as the team conducts both quant and qual studies, you will have the opportunity to get involved with mixed-method projects integrating findings to enable clients to act.
